TDEE Calculator
Calculate your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) from BMR and activity level using Mifflin-St Jeor. Free calorie-maintenance estimate, metric and imperial.
| BMR (at rest) | 1649 kcal |

| Activity factor | × 1.55 |
TDEE is roughly the calories you burn per day at your activity level. Eat around this to maintain weight; below it to lose, above it to gain.

How this calculator works
Total Daily Energy Expenditure is your resting metabolism (Mifflin-St Jeor BMR) multiplied by an activity factor — from 1.2 for sedentary up to 1.9 for very hard training or a physical job. It's roughly the calories you burn in a day.
Most people slightly overestimate their activity level. If you sit most of the day but train a few times a week, “lightly” or “moderately” active is usually closer than “very” active.
